Our Return & Refund Policy


1. Are goods sold refundable or returnable?

We are sorry to inform you that all goods sold are not refundable and returnable. We do not refund due to general dissatisfaction or take account for the allergic reactions our customers may have. We also do not accept any form of returns due to the hygienic and safety reasons – there are no exceptions to this.

 

  1. What should I do if I have received an incorrect/defective item?

If your package arrives broken or you have received incorrect items, no worries and we are here to assist you. Kindly drop us a message via live chat or support@daisydiary.co.

For broken items:
Kindly take note that you must lodge the report within 7 days starting from the day of your order being successfully delivered by following steps:

Take at least 1 photo/video of the defective items, attached with your order number as well, and send it to  support@daisydiary.co.

After the item has been proven to have manufacturing defects, we will either send you a brand new item, or refund via store credit which you may utilize on your next purchase. The store credit will include the total amount of refunded item(s) and shipping fees.

For incorrect items:

Kindly take note that you must lodge the report within 7 days starting from the day of your order being successfully delivered by following return instructions:

1. Take at least 1 photo/video of the defective items, attached with your order number, and send it to  support@daisydiary.co.

2. We may ask you to return the incorrect products and provide a return number for you to indicate the return number on the parcel.

3. The items will be sent out within 2 working days after we have received the parcel and the item is proven to be in original condition.

4. You will receive an email once the parcel has been sent out.

Please note exchange will only be accepted if items remain in the original condition.
All return shipping charges are fully borne by DaisyDiary Skin Work.

DISCOUNT CODES, LOYALTY PROGRAM, GIFTS

  1. We do not extend any expiry of credit. All cashback must be used within the active period stated. 
  2. No discount code can be applied to the order once the payment has been made. Neither the reissuance of discount codes nor the exchange of discount codes for cash is allowed. 
  3. Only one discount code can be applied per order. You may use the other discount code for your next purchase within its active period.
