  1. What are the delivery options and how long does it take?

Currently, we only offer standard delivery (2-5 business days) for all orders.
For standard delivery, all orders will be processed on the same day (except Sunday & public holidays) if placed before 1200hrs. All orders placed after 1200hrs will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. It will take 2-5 business days for the order to reach your doorstep. Our business days are from Monday to Friday, with the exception of Public Holidays. You may experience delays in shipping during holidays.

 

  1. Where can I have my items shipped to?

Our appointed courier service provider delivers throughout Malaysia.

 

  1. Can I place an international order?

Not available for the website only, if you are interest on plance an international order, kindly drop us a message via support@daisydiary.co.

 

  1. Do I need to pay for a re-delivery?

Yes, RM10 will be charged for redelivery. Kindly make sure that you have appointed someone to receive the parcel on your behalf in order to avoid unnecessary charges.

 

  1. How to track my order?

You will be redirected to our designated courier service provider website. To track your order, please enter the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email. Kindly take note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to be available.
